With over 20 years hands-on experience in this field, some of Craig's most memorable achievements have been assisting the likes of Sea The Stars, Battaash, Lord North, Shaquille, Mishriff, King Of Steel, Vandeek and Khaadem

George started working with horses from a young age, after leaving school early to become a jockey.
Having ridden 45 winners in the UK and over 100 internationally, he gained experience in Dubai and the UAE with Shadwell.
In 2024 he returned to the UK, breaking in yearlings at Shadwell Estates followed by a stint as one of John Gosden's head lads prior to joining our team

With several years of hands-on experience working on stalls teams throughout the UK, Tino has built a reputation for his patience, instinct and professionalism around horses in high-pressure environments.
His quiet, methodical approach allows horses to settle and gain confidence, making him an invaluable part of the team when working with young horses or those that require additional support.

Craig, or as he is often referred to, "Little Craig" has been working with Craig for many years.
With lots of experience of producing young horses at his family's yard, he left school to work in racing and eventually after a work experience placement, started working with Craig.
Being based in the south of England means he is mostly seen at the racecourses within easy reach of Salisbury.

Suzanne Vesey-Thompson
Donna is the first port of call for our clients, as well as being Craig's wife, she is responsible for the day to day schedule for the team, be it for yard call outs or on racecourses.
Having previously held a jockey's licence, riding winners in England, Ireland and France, Donna is well versed in the industry and is well known to our clients.

With over 35 years experience in business management, Suzanne is responsible for all aspects of the company's administration, financial and organisational systems.
She was instrumental in setting up the systems for planning for the team schedule, including the Race Day Trials.
